    Measuring blood pressure with SENDO is beyond easy. Just take a seat, put the cuff on and push the button. Wait for 30 seconds and your blood pressure readings will come up on the display. That’s all –  no special skills required!

    The only requirement is to become familiar beforehand with several essential rules regarding the positioning of the body and the arm while taking a reading.

    • Sit comfortably on a chair. Rest your arm on the table. Do not cross your legs. Keep your feet flat on the floor and straighten your back.
    • Place the cuff on the arm (preferably the left arm) with the center of the cuff at the same level as your heart.
    • Remain still and keep quiet during measurement.
